1. Shipping Coverage
We ship millet-based and other food products to:
 India
 United States (US)
 United Kingdom (UK)
 Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries – UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait,
Saudi Arabia
For countries not listed, please contact us before ordering.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on
weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
 India: 3–7 business days
 GCC countries: 7–14 business days
 US & UK: 10–21 business days (depending on customs clearance)

4. Shipping Charges
 Shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on destination and weight.
 International Orders: Duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included in the product
price and must be paid by the customer at the time of import clearance.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier details via email/SMS.
International customers may need to track through the global courier’s website.

6. Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, and taxes, which are
the responsibility of the recipient.
Refusal to pay these charges may result in the order being returned or destroyed without refund.

7. Damaged or Delayed Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged or delayed:
 Contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt.
 Provide photos of the damaged packaging and contents.
 We will verify and process compensation or replacement accordingly.

8. Delivery Failures
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the customer
may be charged for re-delivery.

9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, border restrictions, or other
circumstances beyond our control.
