1. Order Cancellation
 Domestic (India): Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement if not
shipped.
 International (US, UK, GCC): Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase,
provided dispatch has not occurred.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
 Damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.
 Package lost in transit.
 Product expired upon arrival.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
 Refusal to pay customs or import duties.
 Delays caused by customs clearance or courier issues.
 Perishable items that are opened, used, or not stored properly.

4. Refund Process
Once your request is verified and approved:
 Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
 Refunds will be made to your original payment method in INR or your transaction
currency (USD, GBP, AED).
 Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

5. Returns
Due to food safety and customs restrictions, international orders cannot be returned.
Domestic returns may be accepted if the item is unused, sealed, and reported within 24 hours
of receipt.
